Joseph Abi Saab | Associate Creative Director, J. Walter Thompson, Riyadh
Joseph graduated from the Lebanese American University and then continued to advanced studies at the Academie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts, ALBA, finishing with an MFA in Advertising and Art Direction.
His journey included FP7 Cairo, Leo Burnett Beirut & Jeddah and currently J. Walter Thompson Riyadh, during which he snatched awards at the most prestigious advertising festivals (Cannes lions, Clios, Dubai Lynx…) He was ranked as the 26th most awarded Art Director in the world in the Big Won Report 2015.
Joseph exhibits a profound understanding of the Arabic culture, strengthened by his curiosity, love of photography and interest in the Arts of cultures around him.
He worked on various multinational FMCG brands such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Cadbury, Bel group’s Sylphide, Savola’s Afia, Goody, Rabea tea, P&G's Tide and Bonux, and several other major brands and national actions, like Samsung, Dubai Bank, Exotica, “Sakker el Dekkene” and currently STC (Saudi Telecom Company).
Born and raised literally by the Mediterranean Sea, deep inside he is a fish.
